Human
Resource System |
| Human Resource
features security access to Infoshare2000
application, which helps the organization or agency
manage their personnel information, training, documents
and traveling expense, complying with employment regulations
and many other hands-on duties managers face on a daily
basis.
BASIC INFORMATION:
HR managers need to input new staff members' basic information,
such as personal information, employment information,
and their emergency contacts. Once a staff member is
added into the system, each staff member will have his/her
own personal profile containing the following five (5)
tabs.
|
 |
Personal: It
includes the staff's basic personal information and
his/her emergency contact.
Employment:
It includes the staff's current employment information
within the organization or agency, termination information
and his/her employment history.
Training: It
lists all training courses this staff has ever taken
sponsored by the organization or agency.
Documents: It
includes all related documents about this staff member,
such as resume, training materials, other paper work,
etc.
Image: It shows
the staff's photo. |
| TRAVEL EXPENSE: For
staff whose job responsibility involves traveling, Human
Resource provides one single data entry point for the
travel record, which can be easily managed by the staff
member, as well as be easily monitored and reviewed
by the management level personnel. |
 |
| ABSENCE & OVERTIME: Users
may input absence or overtime request through Batch
Entry, which allows the users to submit different types
of requests via one single entry page. |
 |
Managers can run a summary
of absence or overtime report periodically based on
their needs. This summary report will list all records
with accumulated hours of each type of each staff member.
|
 |
The layout of the report
can be customized to fit the organization or agency's
needs with further discussion. |
