- Disqualification - The system automatically flag potential conflict in certain prescribed relationships during staff assignment and allows the user to note potential disqualification issues at any point of the workflow.
- Workflow Tracking - The system provides facilities to automate and manage work assignments, tracking, completions and further the case management process.
- Template Generator - Users of the system can create and manage a variety of pre-defined document templates that contains tags referring to data items in the database.
