The InfoShare Appeals Tracking System converts the manual activities of the Employment Security Appeals Referee's Office to an automated environment permitting the Office to operate more efficiently, to deliver prompt decisions, to meet federal time-lapse requirements without interfering with the integrity of the program and to provide documentation for each of the mandated steps.

The Employment Security Appeals System is a tool for use by agency personnel that will allow each user with the proper security permissions to input or monitor each case and its details through its initiation and subsequent disposition. The application includes the ability to monitor the essential components of case management, including but not limited to the Case Initiation/ Management System itself, Case Assignment, Hearing Notice and Agenda, Case Documentation, Forms Generation, Security Clearance, Scheduling/Calendaring, E-mail, and Reporting functionalities. This tool conforms to the existing business rules and processes, and be flexible enough to be modified as the needs and business processes of the organization change.

In addition to the main appeals application, CSI has developed a working Digital Recording solution, which is used by appeals officers to record their hearings. The hearings are recorded and then uploaded into the case for quick access by the officer at a later time. The officers may listen to the hearing at any time while working in their appeals system.
The resulting application permits each employee and their Supervisors to more efficiently manage and monitor each appeal, Appeals Officers, and the Federal time-lapse requirements.
