CSI Awarded Contract by the New Mexico Public Regulation Comm.
June 26th, 2002
Keasbey, NJ, June 26, 2002 - New Mexico
State Government officials awarded CSI a contract to develop a new
case and document management system for the state's Public Regulation
Commission. The Commission is responsible for the certification and
rule compliance of regulated entities, including utilities, insurance
and motor carriers. The Commission also conducts hearings and rule
makings on rate changes, business territory and compliance maters.
CSI has developed an internet based application which permits employees
authorized access to the application from office or remote sites.
All entity related information, including e-documents, is organized
for the receipt, tracking and storage of company compliance data,
as well as serving as a basis for any case activity. CSI was selected
on the basis of a response to a Request for Proposal and a product
demonstration presentation last month.
William Yeh, CSI President, and Joseph Britt, Director of Business Development made the presentation in Santa Fe to a panel of evaluators from the various offices of the Commission. The CSI program development team was able to show an application prototype based upon the RFP requirements and agency operation information. Mr. Britt added his knowledge of and experience with state government agencies to the product demonstration. Mr. Yeh explained the features of the application and how a significant amount of customization was already incorporated to meet the agency's business needs.
CSI has extensive experience with case management systems due to their Law Enforcement Offices client base in New Jersey, and experience with state government agency systems in Hawaii, New Jersey and New Mexico.
