Keasbey, NJ, June 3, 2005 - CSI Technology Group, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-wide criminal justice software solutions, announced the installation of the InfoShare Case and Document Management System at the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office headquarters in Woodbury, NJ. Modernizing the way they capture, review, use, and report data, Gloucester’s new system includes five modules: eProsecutor (which tracks case information from complaints through trial), Investigation, Crime Scene, Evidence (featuring evidence intake, search, and bar-code scanning capabilities), and Forfeiture.

The application has multiple layers of security control which permits user groups to have differing levels of case access: all functionality, read only, or no access.

All modules offer a number of specific searches to permit users to call up a listing of all subject records with a common variable or set of variables. The search engine organizes the information for the users to review subject records and reports for their specific interest.

A feature of the Crime Scene module permits users to upload digital images in a quick "batch" format, and to associate to a subject record or an investigation case record. Over 100 digital photos can be uploaded in seconds, so the investigators can conduct photo examination immediately.

The Investigation module features an investigation report production function which automatically populates key dates already entered into the system. It also includes a spell check function. Importantly, the “draft” investigation reports are automatically forwarded to supervisors for final approval or directions on revisions.

The first phase of this installation has met with high satisfaction by the Investigators and Unit Commanders. We look forward to the deployment of the eProsecution module this summer.
