CSI Selected as a Finalist for New Mexico Public Regulation Commission RFP
May 22nd, 2002
Edison, NJ, May 22, 2002 - The New Mexico
Public Regulation Commission is seeking to acquire a web-based case
management system to accommodate compliance and case activity on regulated
entities. CSI was selected as one of three finalists for Commission
consideration and will present a prototype application to an evaluation
committee on May 30, 2002.
The Commission issued an extensive set of requirements for the desired new case management system and CSI found many of these functional requirements already employed in our latest application engine models. As the case hearing and decision process is similar to investigation and trial activities of Prosecutors' and Public Defender offices, CSI is ready to employ its knowledge of this process to the Commission proceedings.
CSI President William Yeh and Joseph Britt, Director of Development, will present the application prototype and answer the evaluators' questions at the demonstration program in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Mr. Yeh said, "we are looking forward to demonstrating our product and describing our customization services which aim for 100% customer satisfaction."
CSI is currently completing application development and data conversion for a new case management system for the New Mexico Public Defender Department. Mr. Britt stated that working with public employees in New Mexico has been a professional and enjoyable experience, and that we are looking forward to working other agencies.
