eDocket System Goes On-Line

Keasbey, NJ, January 2nd, 2003 - The State of New Mexico,
Public Regulation Commission has installed case and
document management application to track, organize,
and manage the complianc activities licensing and hearing
matters conducted by the Commission. The application
is a tool for use by Commission personnel that will
allow each user with the proper security permissions
to input or monitor each case and its details through
its initiation and subsequent disposition. The application
includes the ability to monitor the essential components
of case management, including but not limited to the
Case Initiation / Management System itself, Case
Assignment, Case Documentation, Forms Generation, Security
Clearance, Scheduling / Calendaring, E-mail, Imaging,
and Reporting functionalities.
The Commission's Electronic Docketing
and Case Management system is incorporated within CSI
Technology Group's InfoShare Case and Document Management
application framework. This framework has been applied
to State and County government organizations throughout
the United States. Each application utilizes a standard
design, but is customized to meet the specifications
of each client. In fact, the Commission's Electronic
Docketing and Case Management System adopts the major
Document Managing components which have been utilized
in existing InfoShare applications including the InfoShare
Prosecutor, InfoShare Public Defender, InfoShare Consumer
Affairs, and our InfoShare Labor Compensation Program
application developed for the State of Hawaii.
