The New Mexico State
Department of Public Defender Services Case and Defendant
Management System is a criminal case management
application for the legal defense of accused persons.
The first phase of the application includes the ability
to monitor case and defendant information for the Trial,
Appellate, and Mental Health Divisions of their office.
The InfoShare application is installed on a centrally
located file server and is accessed by almost 200 total
users for all case management and reporting functions.
Further elements in support of performance based budgeting
initiatives have been recently included, including,
contract management and client-staff interface time
tracking.

The New Mexico State
Public Regulation Commission Electronic Docketing, Case
and Document Management System is a custom developed
application, based upon the InfoShare application, specifically
designed by the administration of the Public Regulation
Commission and CSI Technology Group. The system is a
web-enabled application that provides the capability
to manage activities central to the case and workflow
management of items docketed for review by the Public
Regulation Commission. In addition to managing case
information, the Application provides an extensive Document
Management solution, which is used extensively to scan
in company filings, briefs, complaints, etc.
